The Influencing Factors of The Changing Profession of Coconut Farmers to Service Sector Workers in Pakuweru Village Tenga Subdistric

Background: The total area of the village is 600 hectares and largest part land usage coconut farming which 497 hectares, while rest are roads rivers.Research purposes: purpose study to determine whether wage labors, term payment wages , social prestige affect job shiffting agricultural workers servive sector workers.Research methods: research method used in this a quantitative approach. Research results: result shows that changing profession from farm service determined by 3 (three) factors, wages, prestige. These proved signigicant level ( α)=0.05, with obtained table dk=98 1.984, it means regression coefficient significant between variable x y where value b=0,92, every increase 100 units will cause incracement 0,92 Y.Conclusion: influence farmers three factors factor, paymenet (α) + 0,05, is(α) = so dk= 98 null hypothesis rejected. Furthermore corelation 0,86 significant, indicates there relationship or linkage factor towards workers, as well analysis. square correlation coeficient (π ) determination amounted 0,73 =73%.
